PANodo operates a proactive data and personal information privacy policy. PANodo handles and processes personal data in accordance with the Irish Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003 and related legislation.

- You own your data: PANodo is an online service support system which you use to store help desk and service delivery information related to your company or organisation (Organisation). Data entered or otherwise inputted by users of your Organisation remains the property of your Organisation. PANodo will not access or use this data or make any of this data available for use without the permission of the Organisation
- You control who has access to your data. Data is stored on a secured database which is located in Ireland and protected by account based password controls
- You and your Organisation are responsible for maintaining good password controls on your PANodo accounts
- Protection of information transmitted over the Internet: PANodo encrypts specific data transmitted over the Internet to your machines. Such encrypted data includes usernames and passwords. Note that the Internet in itself is not a secure environment
- PANodo collects personal information such as email addresses, contact information and financial data for client management purposes only. This information is collected to support client communication or transaction processing and will be removed from our systems when no longer required
- PANodo operates an opt-in policy of getting your explicit in relation to the collection and use of personal information. PANodo does not collect personal information about you on this web site without your consent
- You have the right to amend, correct, block or remove any of your personal data that is controlled by PANodo
- PANodo gathers some data such as IP address for traffic analysis etc. This information is aggregated to ensure that no individual person is identifiable from the data collected
- Cookies are not used on the PANodo web site
