CEO and Founder
Gavan has spent 12 years working on the design and development solutions for service and operation management environments across a range of industry sectors including healthcare, advertising, media, and electrical engineering. Gavan practised as a solutions and process engineer and holds masters level business qualifications. He is focused on delivering the tools to drive down service cost and has a results based approach to delivering business solutions.
Michael O'Farrell
COO
Michael has over 19 years of experience delivering IT process and security solutions to customers across a range of sectors including industrial, food, transport, state and financial services. Michael has masters level business and IS qualifications and brings a process driven discipline to PANodo in support of its product line delivery.
Melissa O'Donnell
Marketing Director
Melissa has worked for over 14 years in the banking and food industry sectors across Europe and in New Zealand. She is issue focused with a drive to ensure the delivery business value is achieved. As the key marketing professional she brings a passion for creativity and clarity that is necessary to keep PANodo pointed in the right direction. Melissa sees that the client user experience is managed and flows easily for all parties.
